A sound metal structure starts before welding
A gallery, light roof or rural structure is not solved by choosing profiles alone. The intended use, support points and installation access need to be understood before fabrication.
Define the purpose first
Shade, rain protection, roof support and future expansion lead to different decisions. Photos, approximate dimensions and the intended use create a useful first brief.
Supports shape every later decision
A structure transfers loads into its supports. Existing walls, columns, floors and required professional calculations must be considered before fabrication is finalized.
Fabricate with installation in mind
Access, part size and assembly sequence influence the work from the workshop. Good planning reduces improvisation on site and helps leave a cleaner result.
