2. What we measure
If you accept optional analytics, we may record pages viewed, general device and browser type, traffic source, approximate geographic area and interactions such as scrolling, opening FAQ items and clicking WhatsApp, phone, email or Google Maps links.
We do not record the content of your WhatsApp conversations, calls or emails.
3. Why analytics are used
- Understand which services attract the most interest.
- Measure potential enquiries without identifying the customer.
- Find navigation problems and improve the website.
- Understand local search and campaign performance.
We do not configure personalized advertising, remarketing or data sales.
4. Analytics providers
Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags, Google Analytics 4 produces aggregate traffic statistics, and Microsoft Clarity may provide heatmaps and masked session recordings to identify friction. These tools load only after analytics consent.
5. Consent and local storage
Analytics are optional. Your choice is remembered in the browser through the technical item eg_analytics_consent_v1. You can change the choice at any time through Analytics settings in the footer.
6. Legal basis and rights
Processing is based on prior, free and informed consent under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. You may request access, correction, update or deletion by writing to estebanvidal2204@gmail.com.
7. Retention and security
Data are retained only as needed for aggregated statistics and website improvement, using the minimization and retention settings available from each provider. EG Herreria applies reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access.
