An iron-and-wood gate that brought the entire frontage together
The request was not simply to close an opening. The new gate had to provide privacy, feel practical every day and relate to the rest of the property. That meant treating the entrance as part of the frontage rather than as an isolated piece.

Iron provides structure; wood changes the presence
The metal frame carries the work while the wood softens the visual result. The two materials need clear supports, sensible spacing and a finish suited to exterior exposure.
