A 150 x 80 elevation grill: showing the work before the finish
Blas Paredi requested a 150 x 80 centimeter cooking surface in V-shaped iron with a height-control system. This case deliberately documents the workshop stage: the parts are aligned, the mechanism is tested and the finish is still ahead.
The order defines the frame
The generous cooking surface determines the frame, V-iron layout and the points that will carry the elevation system. Building to order avoids forcing a standard format into a specific request.
At this stage the structure has already taken shape, but final checks and finishing still matter. Showing that difference is part of documenting the job honestly.
Every bar is presented and checked
The V-shaped bars are distributed to create an even cooking surface. Alignment, spacing and support are reviewed before the assembly is closed because those details affect both appearance and use.
The mechanism is tested before paint
Chains, attachment points and travel are checked while corrections are still possible. Good workmanship does not start with the last coat of paint; it starts with the first careful presentation of every piece.
